The Human Resources Administrator will perform a variety of general duties to support the department and service the various departmental needs.
Will develop, assess, revise, and monitor the company’s policies and procedures at a minimum annually.
Will provide claims management support to the Health Safety Practitioner.
Administrate benefits, enroll, deactivate and update files as needed.
Process LMO applications, housing approvals, recruit, and process all migrant workers programs (SAWP, and TFWP)
Build relationships with the local Liaison offices to assist and support worker needs and program needs.
Exceptional communication styles in order to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professional at all times.
Attention to detail and accuracy a must.
Exceptional leadership that you act like you own it.
Extremely high paced environment.
Agriculture industry knowledge an asset.
Certification in Human Resources Program.
3-5 years experience.
