Lake Excavating is seeking an administrative assistant with experience in accounts payable.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, accounts payable, Quickbooks or similar accounting programs. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel is a must - advanced in Word, intermediate in Excel preferred.
You will be responsible for reception, filing, couriers and mail, ordering office supplies, and various other administrative tasks. You will be working closely with the senior office accountant and will be responsible for processing accounts payable invoices, reconciling vendor statements, performing cheque runs, and other general accounting duties.
