Develop Value-Added Product penetration for a market in support of the local team and with the Business unit Product Managers and Marketing Manager.

Including:
-Extensive knowledge transfer on all Multi-products (ALL Value-Added
products)
-Manage the network of applicators
-Coordinate / support the network of applicators
-Understands and regularly visit jobsites
-Provide on-site support for VAP pours
