As a member of the Ultra High Performance Concrete team, the Technical representative is responsible for coordinating the successful completion of all technical aspects related to the performance of the Ductal® concrete product in field projects across North America and the development of new formulations. The incumbent coordinates multiple projects at one time while overseeing quality, troubleshooting technical issues with contractors, training and supporting customers along with supervising and overseeing projects by being on-site throughout North America. The technical representative will research, develop and test new formulations as well as fabricate cement prototypes in the laboratories. The technical representative identifies and seeks new project opportunities for which the Ultra High Performance Concrete can be used.

The technical representatives are called upon to travel approximately 50% of their time across North America (Canada & US).

Qualification Profile:

Education and Work Experience:

Civil Engineering University Degree or Technologist Diploma
In the process or completion of P.Eng. accreditation or CET accreditation
Minimum 3 Years relevant work experience
Materials experience in cement, concrete and/or plastic materials
Experience in the precast and/or construction industry is an asset
Possess a valid driver's license
Able to legally work in United States
