With plans for aggressive growth and expansion, the executive team has identified an opportunity to recruit a Vice-President (VP), Sales, who can lead the business development, sales, and marketing activities across LaPrairie’s Group of Companies. Reporting to the Senior Vice-President, Business Development, the VP will focus on developing relationships with key decision makers in the oil and gas and parallel sectors, ensuring they understand LaPrairie’s complete service offering and value proposition. Developing strategic relationships that translate into new revenue for the services side of the business is the ultimate goal.
The ideal candidate is a highly successful sales leader with a track record of achieving results in selling industrial services to the oil and gas and parallel industries. Through this experience, he/she has built strong relationships with key industry decision makers, and has supported the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies that will drive LaPrairie’s revenue growth, open new markets and accounts, and enhance market share. From a style perspective, the VP, Sales will be open, straightforward, entrepreneurial, team-focused, adaptable, and appreciates the values and commitment of a highly successful family business.
