Purpose of Role

The PCO will be required to support multiple Project Managers schedule plans in MS Project (EPM) and answer any technical questions they may have. The PCO will also assist in monitoring resources, schedules, budgets, risks/issues, deadlines and priorities to ensure that the projects stay on track. The PCO will moreover help improve processes & methodology, define standards & guidelines and create various reports at the programme & portfolio levels.


  • Supporting the activities of the PMs and Methods & Tools team
  • Creating Weekly and Mothly Reports
  • Tracking Project Status (Earned Value (CPI/SPI) and EAC/ETC)
  • Levelling of Resources
  • Risks/Issues Updates
  • Sharing Best Practices
  • Pro-Active Problem Identification
  • Driving Successful Project Delivery

Key Consultant Criteria

Preferably more than 3 years of experience with the ability to demonstrate broad knowledge of principles (defined below):

  • In-Depth Knowldedge of EPM, including:

o SharePoint
o MS Project 2010

  • Windows 7 / MS Office 2010;
  • Multiple Custom Systems (Timesheets, etc.)

  • PMI (PMBOK) Standards & Methodologies
