New Catering Company seeking experienced catering manager with professional cooking background.
Ideal candidates must have management experiences and professional cooking background in fine-dining establishments. A diploma in hospitality field or food and beverage service .
Knowledge in cross-cultural cuisine such as French, West coast and Indian is essential.
Must speak English, Hindi or Punjabi. European language is an asset but not mandatory.
This job requires planning, organizing, directing and overseeing the food production and catering services. Ideal candidate will require to participate designing fusion menus and train our staff.
Responsible for generating sales, communicating with our clients and provide our services according to their needs. Ensure facilities and venues for our events, as well as controlling inventory and cost.
Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment as a team-leader. Attention to detail is a must. Basic computer skills and catering related technology.
