Established Montreal based company in the eCommerce fashion wholesale industry is actively seeking top talent. The Import / Export Clerk Position is an entry level position that will lead to the Logistics Coordinator position. The position is very competitive and will result in rapid growth within the company.
-Tracking shipments daily with carriers, gather updates/status.
-Generate shipping documents such as customs invoices, packing list, and shipping instruction
-Create shipping labels using FedEx Ship Manager software
-Contact courier company (FedEx, TNT etc) if any shipment problems occur.
-1-3 Years of relevant logistics experience
-Excellent English communications, written and oral
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
-Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent is an asset
Desired Skills / Experience:
-Knowledge in international logistics, import customs process
-Bilingual French and English
-Excellent Organizational Skills
-Previous experience with an eCommerce company
-Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-Proven negotiation skills
