Role Mission:
To provide administrative support to Web Team and IT.

Responsibilities:
Support the IT Manager and Creative director with administrative tasks
Support COO with administrative tasks
Work closely with the Web team
Manage accounts with vendors and contractors

Requirements:
1 - 3 years of related office experience
Degree in IT or Graphic Design

Desired Skills / Experience:
Knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Suite
Programing knowledge is an asset
Flexible, good at working in a High-Pressure, Busy environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent problem solving, organization, and prioritization skills
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
