LXR & Co is looking for a full time HR Coordinator that is capable of assisting the HR Manager in all HR and administrative related tasks.

-Full Cycle Recruitment;
-HR Administration;
-Employee Relations;
-Benefits and Payroll Administration;
-Other Tasks assigned by Manager;

Description of Qualifications:
-1-3 years of related HR experience;
-Knowledge of Federal and Provincial HR policies;
-Bilingual written and spoken;
-Flexible and ability to work in a high pressure environment;
-Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize.

University Bachelor's Completed
