Receptionist needed for a busy real estate sales office. Must be flexible and able to work on weekends
Specific Skills: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, Obtain and process information required to provide services, Operate switchboard or telephone system, Answer, screen and forward telephone calls, Record and relay information, Schedule and confirm appointments, Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail.
Skills: Friendly, outgoing and personable. Strong organizational skills, strong communication skills Candidates must be fluent in English with excellent writing and grammar skills, possess strong MS Office and technology skills, minimum 60 wpm keyboarding, have good attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, work to tight deadlines and enjoy working independently and as part of a team.
