We are looking for a keen team player to join our broadcast studio centre.

This role involves coordination, producing and on-camera hosting for our gaming
studio centre.

On Air Presentation Coordinator:

  • Oversee the on-air presentation of the studio and ensure that all presenter and

supervising staff are adhearing to the Studio Style Guide for on-air presentation

  • Help with the recruitment and hiring of new on-air presenter staff
  • Review of Studio Style Guide with all new on-air presenters
  • Oversee all studio wardrobe and respective inventory count
  • Attend meetings as required
  • Assist Production Manager and Supervisor staff as required
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Other office administrative roles as directed by the Managing Director

Junior Producer:

  • Weekly review of presenter on-air videos, including meeting with presenters for

constructive feedback on performance

  • Direct photoshoots (working with our freelance photographer) to ensure that each

presenter is shot meeting studio on-air standards

  • Produce monthly presenter book
  • Perform on-camera for a variety of projects
  • Produce internal training videos
  • Produce promotional videos as required
  • Special projects as required

Qualifications:

  • A degree/diploma in Broadcasting or Media Arts
  • Experience in Television Production or Casting
  • Previous On Camera experience hosting
  • Experience producing corporate/promotional videos
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Experience with broadcast camera and edit systems ( Final Cut Pro X)
  • Ability to produce-shoot-edit is a major asset
  • Photoshop/publishing skills are an asset
  • Good working knowledge of Digital SLR cameras
  • Extremely good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to provide grooming (makeup/hair) suggestions to presenter staff is an asset
  • The ability to work shift work, when required
  • A valid drivers licence and access to a car is essential
