This entry level position provides assistance to both Accounts Payable and Receivable departments.Responsibilities for this position are as follows:
-Daily reconciliation of cash outs,
-Assist with monthly bank reconciliations,
-Produce credit reports for new accounts and enter information in to the computer,
-Prepare daily Accounts Receivable log and Bank deposit,
-Assist Senior Accountant with preparation including tracking of absences,vacation entitlements,as well as calculation of commissions,
-Process payments through POS terminals,
-Manage department filing.
