Description

Compiling, verifying and processing hourly payroll information in compliance with company policies, legislative requirements and current operating pay rates
*Generate payroll reports as required
*Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing data
*Verify hours worked, rate adjustments and post information
*Provide assistance to employees with relevant forms, scheduling information and general requests
*Completing invoice settlements
*Data entry and other administrative duties as required

Qualifications
2+ years payroll experience
Strong data entry skills
Strong attention to details
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required. (Speaking Mandarin & Cantonese is an asset)
Previous Administrative Assistant experience
