Kreativ Associates Inc. is looking for an energetic, proactive, and experienced Project Co-ordinator / Office Administrator to join our team. Our office environment encourages each member to play an extremely active role throughout the entire creative process, all the while aiming to surpass client expectations in every respect.
With us you’ll be required to perform day-to day administrative duties, maintain primary contact and communication with all team members and clients, and manage the production of several projects while adhering to budgets and timelines.
Our successful candidate should have:
at least 2 years of industry experience
excellent computer skills in Mac and PC programs
proficiency with specific document formats such as Acrobat, iWork, Microsoft Office
experience with Simply Accounting software
strong mathematical skills
college or university training in office administration, business administration, and/ or marketing
and definitely have:
strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
strong grammatical and literacy skills
strong organizational and time management skills to adhere to tight deadlines
ability to work independently or as part of a team
great attitude and motivation
excellent communication skills
