Management Team is reactive. Not pro-active.
Work is "pushed" through a very old fashioned, dated process.
Significant "Manual" tasks.
Too much dependancy is put on a broken process to manage throughput.
Manager(s) are not aware of same priorities.
KPI's are Department Driven as opposed to Company Driven causing breakdowns and infighting.
Company is very health oriented. Many accomodations for bikers, runners, etc..showers, changing rooms.
Good RRSP plan.
