Responsible for the delivery of Optimized Print Services to 100% customer satisfaction. Duties include monitoring all aspects of the OPS business, including developing and implementing business processes to ensure adherence to Konica Minoltas overall business goals and objectives.


  • Responsible for the successful services delivery in such a manner that Konica Minolta experiences 100% customer retention
  • Responsible for the complete operations management of the OPS customer environments in the assigned region
  • Manages, Coaches and mentors Customer Operations Managers, Solutions Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers in their development and delivery of daily functions
  • Responsibility for all ongoing operations including invoicing, reconciliations, revenue recognition and cost management and customer satisfaction
  • Work with Customer Focus Team (CFT) to define proposed services requirements, creation of Statement of Work, and implementation of services to provide ongoing management of delivery of service on national basis.
  • Executes job functions following standard processes and develops or enhances processes as required by customer needs
  • Leads team in defining and maintaining business excellence focus
  • A recognized strong team player that is known for consistent delivery of quality services
  • Supports the sales teams and Sr. Director Managed Services in the development of proposals and RFP responses and develops Statements of Work to clearly define services and SLA’s for customer
  • Develops various management plans for implementation of product/services for customers
  • Provides recommendations to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, reduce costs, possible future opportunities, and maintain state-of-the-art procedures in all aspects of the operations


  • 10-15 years management experience interacting with internal and external groups
  • Managed Services experience with the delivery of operations to customers through the use of technology
  • Strong analytical/procedural background
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a systematic approach to problem solving through analysis of the problem and evaluation of alternative solutions
  • Experience in documenting current and future state business processes
  • Well-developed management skills—principles and people
  • Strong project management skills


  • Preferably bilingual (English/French)
  • Individual must demonstrate a high level of business maturity, in appearance, focus, poise and alertness; ability to get along well with diverse personalities—mature—flexible
  • High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with daily business activities
  • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities. Able to develop and adapt business processes after evaluating multiple solutions
  • Ability to travel when required
