Busy day, everyday. Mostly busy with analytics, call routing, service emails, working with 3rd party courier to move and deliver customer machines.
Learned a lot of soft skills such as coaching, and team building. Training methods and communication skills.
hardest part of the job was to really keep on top with everything. The job required inputs from many sources and sometimes one has to hunt and keep bugging people for key information.
The most enjoyable part of the job is the people. Office drama happens, but at the end of the day, everyone is on good terms, lots of food and team events.
