Kitimat Valley Institute is currently looking for Administrative Assistant candidates for our clients with the ability to work temporary and permanent assignments (ranging from 3-6 months). You must have the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of three (3) five (5) years working experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and work independently;
  • Ability to be pro-active and develop and maintain working relationships with outside agencies and organizations;
  • Possess a professional attitude and image with a commitment to quality service;
  • Ability to prioritize assignments
