Kitchener Ford has an immediate opening for a Receptionist/Sales Coordinator/Greeter to join our growing team of professionals.
- Efficient multi-line phone operation and front-desk reception functions
- Prompt, friendly and courteous customer greeting & sales coordination
- Effective processing of customer payments and cash drawer management
- Perform various automotive administrative functions including dealer trade management; inventory file management; customer database updates; incoming & outgoing mail distribution; filing; tracking; appointment coordination and additional duties as necessary
