We are currently seeking a smart, energetic and dedicated self-starter to provide superior administrative support in our Cambridge office on a contract basis.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Administrative support to the Office Manager and other management
Assistance with some basic bookkeeping functions
Customer Service assistance for members
Meeting and travel logistics
Qualifications, Experience and Abilities
Experience with order processing
Experience with some bookkeeping tasks such as payables, bank deposits and tracking of donations would be an asset
Ability to prioritize and organize workload
High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
Non-profit experience, fluency in French are assets
Secondary school graduate with two years office experience in a comparable role
