Corporate Wellness Partnership Sales

POSITION SUMMARY:
Kimurawear is seeking a relationship-driven team player to work as part of the Wholesale Sales team. This individual is responsible for reaching out to build new relationships with corporate clients, nurturing existing relationships, servicing clients with product selection and pricing, and promoting the Kimurawear corporate wellness partnership program. This individual must have excellent follow-through with the ability to carry a sale from beginning to follow up, providing outstanding customer service.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tasks

Customer Service / Business Development

  • Assisting clients over the phone with their needs; having the ability to carry sales through from the initial step of asking the right questions to closing the sale and following up
  • Developing a thorough understanding of client’s needs and providing solutions that are in line with the project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Exceeding customer expectations by providing an overall excellent customer service experience
  • Developing a strong knowledge of the products, product codes, pricing, and product applications/uses to be able to offer the best recommendations or offer substitutes when necessary
  • Resolving conflicts as they arise, dealing with unsatisfied customers and having the ability to diffuse a confrontational situation with a win-win solution
  • Participate in continuously improving processes via feedback to Management

Business Development

  • Nurturing existing relationships within industry verticals
  • Seizing opportunities to reach out to new potential customers or re-connect with warm connections
  • On an on-going basis, ensuring that clients are satisfied with their
  • Attending off-site functions, industry events, client meetings, and other networking opportunities, at times, outside of normal working hours

Administrative Support

  • Entering orders into the system and cross-referencing products and codes
  • Providing feedback about pricing, products and processes to the Sales team
  • Participating in training sessions and meetings

REQUIRED BEHAVIOURS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • University Degree is not necessary but an asset
  • College Degree at minimum is a requirement
  • Knowledge of the health and wellness, fitness industry, or similar industry is an absolute requirement
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Strong numerical skilIs

Compensation

We are offering:

  • An uncapped full commission compensation model – target first year commission between $50-$125K
  • Year end bonus based upon achievement
