KIK was a ok place to work. Co-workers were great and management were alright. Overall, if they ask me to work there again, i probably would.

Clock in and tend to my line, repeating same thing, and fixing any errors that occur. I learned how to pack, stack boxes. Also how to work fluently quickly. My management was unfair, but thats life. Working line wasnt hard at all, the most enjoyable part of the job was making money.

Typical day at work, for me going through completing PM's as request by supervisor. Boiler pH test, including blow downs, checking all water softners salt levels, recording every step along the day, because all time had to be accounted for. I enjoyed learning about the large compressor units, PLC's, CNC's,and the projectile tank farm, and the assembly – more... and packing proceedures,overall the repairing and installign of the equipment with staff were the most enjoyable parts of the job, they always reminded me that our job was to be taken serious but not to serious that we couldn't enjoy the day. – less

Analyzed raw material and finished product samples, using a variety of different methods, in accordance with customer’s specifications.

Company only allows a 20 minute lunch/break per 8 hour work shift. Heavy reliance on illegal workers. Constant employee exposures to dangeorus chemicals and vapors. Avalibility of work for most workers is highly unreliable and unpredictible. Employee parking area is a dusty gravel lot overgrown with weeds and brush. Beware if you remotly care about – more... the appearance of your vehicle as it will quickly diminish while parked there. – less

Match,code invoice get approval put into the system. Post to the g/l daily. Select checks for payment weekly. Order supplies nd material from vendors. Ship packages via FedEx or ups. General offices duties.

Stay away from this employer unless you are really desperate and then find another place of employ as soon as possible.

It's a fast paste environment with friendly people. It's an establishment that allows you to grow with the company.

My typical day at work, I start at 6:45 am. - 4pm

Fill out production and quality paperwork on daily basis
Train employees on required skill.
Perform quality control weight checks every hour.
Ensure crew is following GMP and safety regulations.
Quality weight checks.
Check to ensure correct components are staged online and running correct components.
Communicate – more... with crew, mechanic, quality and supervisor.
Enter downtime and production in computer at end of shift. – less

alright place, get to buy dented products from company store for way cheaper then the store, kinda cool bc you get to see how the products are made. but the pay isnt very good. and if a line shuts down you will probably go home
