Cons: hiring on in 90 days is not true
on a scale 1 to 10 i rate them a 3 they will tell you that you get hire on in 90 days but it people that have been working there for 2 years and still have been hired on. and they make you work 7 days a week 10 to 12 hour and people have kids and life but they want all your time.

To start the day make sure you have a plan. Each day was set out for different duties yet it could change at any minute. i have learnt extensively how to do and handle the Debtors department as i was all on my own. I did 2 barnches debtors at the time and it was quite challenging. I had to work with two different branch managers that was very kind and – more... supportive. This is the worst place i have ever worked. I been at kia motors for 2 and half years and would not recommend this job to anyone if you want to see your family and have a life. The management treats its employees bad. The hours are terrible.

Make quality vehicles for the consumer. There are always go be problem with machinery. Management keeps operations running smoothly. The people around me provide works to meet production. The rotating shift takes away from family. The bonus program is great.
