Keystone Automotive Industries
Senior Inside Sales Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Medley, FLFebruary 23, 2016
My typical day at work would be taking auto part sales, providing customer service, taking care of my specific accounts. management was fair and professional, co workers were supportive, the hardest par was dealing with a load or work put upon all of us that was overwhelming and corporate offices not working to better a situation of thousands of calls coming in and having to be taken care of, meanwhile, not having a chance to grow in company. I learned how to deal with pressure, create and maintain satisfied clients, tech clients how to utilize B2B portal websites and always meet monthly sales quotas.
Pros
benefits such as, 401k, healh insurance and paid vacation PTO hours
Cons
very unbalanced work protocols, no growth potential

2.5 Years @ LKQ /Keystone Taunton
Former Night Shift Replenisher (Former Employee) –  Taunton Ma,October 6, 2014
Stay Away Very Poorly Managed !

If You Are A Honest Hard Worker.Managers Will Work You To Death & Have You Help Others Catch Up On Their Work While They Those People Goof Off & Talk & Watch You Do Their Work ?

Benefits Only Get Renewed In January Of Each Year . If Start In Feb & You Have To Wait 2 years 11 Months For A weeks Vacation ?

The Benefits Are All About Hoodwinking You ? They Are Not Clear & Only A Manager Can Tell You If You Have Time To Take Off & Must Be Approved By Them. If You Work Good = No Days Off ?

Yes Some Paid Holidays But With Not Time & Half , But Expect You To Work Your Regular 60 Hours At Straight time ?

If You Take Pride In Your Work & Want To Be Paid For Doing 3x As Much As The Next Guy ? This Job Is Not For You !

If You Are A Lazy Worker That Comes In Early & Stays Late But Doesn't Do Anything All Day This Your Calling ,!
Pros
single & need money & no life other than lkq ?
Cons
live sleep & breath lkq / keystone will only wearyou out !

Fast paced environment always keeps you busy.
Painter (Former Employee) –  Taunton, MAJanuary 29, 2014
Tasks were very repetitive, but it was easy to understand the process of each job. There was always something to do, and with the company of pleasant co-workers, the day went on a bit faster. Management does their best to assure the quality of the work with each employee, as well as trying to keep good attitudes throughout the shop. Even though it's a tiring and demanding position, I really enjoyed being in the spray booth.

General manger is terrible!
A massive company that tries to take care of its customers and employees but is so large and mismanaged so it gets lost in the shuffle.

Regional managers are great but the Vt general manger is nothing better than a high school aged grocery store shelf stocker. So get everything in writing!

I left because of the GM and not the job. I loved my job and the customers... but working the hours he exspected for the pay was asinine.
Pros
great insurance. strong company and market leader
Cons
local management, hours

Company seems to be well off financially with many acquisitions. Does not reward honest employees. Will continue to add duties to your scope of work without a raise. Stay away!!!

Warehouse Manager (Former Employee) –  Benicia, CAAugust 23, 2012
I would supervise 7-10 employees and act as the interface between the work force and Management teams. I would train and assign employees to any warehouse tasks.
