  • Handling technical support calls which are to be recorded into CRM database
  • Working closely with Product Managers to learn all facets of our products and services
  • Providing simple instructions and quick solutions on customer installations
  • Investigating matters which you cannot resolve, finding solutions and following up with


  • Commuicating with engineering regarding product improvements
  • Testing and learning products
  • Attending trade shows or customer locations as required by management

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Security industry knowledge required: Access Control, Intrusion or CCTV.
  • Familiarity with technical help desk format
  • Understanding low voltage\basic series\parallel circuits\Ohms Law…
  • Able to use voltmeter and diagnose basic electrical circuits
  • Microsoft computing\networking\troubleshooting knowledge
  • Security industry knowledge and experience - minimum 2 years
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent command of English language both spoken and written
  • Attitude that the customer comes first
