Job Description / Responsibilities
Property coordinator deals directly with litigation/recovery officers and solicitors regarding files in various stages relocation or foreclosure. Property coordinator is responsible to ensure that client’s needs are in line with the established procedures, while proactively handling each file to ensure client and Keyprime’s interests are maintained.
Answering phones pleasantly, courteously and enthusiastically, providing information, taking messages or redirecting calls as necessary.
Manage portfolio of assigned properties nationwide
Adhere to all customer specifications as defined in the client Service Level Agreements
Establish and maintain cordial relationships with all client and law firm contacts
Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to, as well as all provincial and municipal laws governing foreclosure procedures, and insurer expectations
Work collaboratively with Keyprime staff to ensure seamless service to our customers
Responsible for ordering, billing, stopping, or cancelling purchase orders in CPI in accordance with services provided.
