The Opportunity:
The Sales Representative will build rapport with team members, sellers and prospective buyers while selling new, multi-family homes.
Key Sales Representatives are goal oriented, hard working, self motivated and proud to be part of the best sales force in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete and incomparable product knowledge. You have to be able to sell the appliances better than the person who sold them to the developer.
Stay on top of changes to mortgage rules, government purchase incentives, tax changes, etc.
Call each person who registers for your project within 24 hours of their registration.
Qualify prospects.
Make friends with potential home buyers, give them all the information they need to make a buying decision, build a trusting relationship and give them every opportunity to buy.
Manage appointment schedule.
Stay after hours if a prospect can’t make it in during open hours.
Build and maintain fruitful relationships with buyer agents.
Report outgoing sales efforts, site traffic including demographic and psychographic intel to management and sellers.
Generate and manage firm sales contracts in accordance with monthly sales goals.
Work cooperatively with the marketing department to let them know what’s working and what’s not.
Attend to all MLS and brokerage administration.
Administrative responsibilities as needed.

Key Qualifications:
Real estate license in good standing.
Goal setting.

Quick at connecting with people and building trusting relationships.
Able to manage client relationships and achieve above market results.
Mandarin speaking.
Strong work ethic.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Multi-task and extremely organized.
Mandarin speaking.
Ability to work within a Mac and Google environment.

If you don’t have a minimum of 1-2 years experience selling new homes and a track record of success you’re going to have to be very convincing.
