We are a busy employment law firm located in the Fairview area of Vancouver, seeking a full-time receptionist / administrative assistant.
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
*Excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
*Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel) and Outlook
*The ability to learn new software programs (Knowledge of PC Law / EASILAW software considered an asset)
*Strong written and verbal skills
*Proficiency with basic math / bookkeeping
Your duties and responsibilities would include:
*Client relations, including answering the phone, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and assisting with monthly invoicing
*General office duties, such as filing, photocopying, arranging deliveries, directing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies, and banking
*Legal administrative support tasks, such as court correspondence and filings, and compiling and organizing documents
*Financial and other data input and management
