Our client is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for their Cornwall, ON facility. Interested candidates will be willing to detail a college diploma or university degree in HR. Working towards or eligibility to receive CHRP designation will be considered an asset as is bilingualism in French and English.
The successful candidate will perform a variety of HR related functions including:
Posting all position vacancies;
Guiding applicants through the entire recruitment process;
Deliver orientation and onboarding training;
Conducting HACCP and SQF training;
Administer group benefits;
Maintain and update information pertaining to STD / LTD; leaves, WSIB etc;
Serve as H&S back-up.
A knowledge of WSIB procedures and claims management will be considered a strong asset as will bilingualism in French and English.
