My large manufacturing Client in Brampton , requires the services of a sharp IT Helpdesk
· Ability to troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to troubleshoot PC Hardware/Software, Printers, Fax, Network connections.
· Ability to troubleshoot both local and remote users.
· Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol, routing DHCP, DNS, etc.
· Knowledge of E-mail systems such as Exchange/Outlook.
· Support user account management (creation/deletion) for applications and telephony systems.
· Experience using a Helpdesk system for ticketing and resolution.
· Experience Imaging/Deploying PC and Laptops.
· Ability to create documentation.
· Cheerful and pleasant attitude.
· Good communication skills.
· Strong desire to learn.
