Kelowna Hyundai is looking for a qualified Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to join our team! The successful applicant will be positive, well organized, task oriented, able to follow direction well, have a strong computer background with experience in Microsoft office, and a great attention to detail.
Main duties include:
Ensuring the welcoming and professional reception of people who contact Kelowna Hyundai by telephone, in person or by email. This will involve prioritizing and referring contacts;
Facilitating communication within Kelowna Hyundai by directing phone calls to appropriate persons and coordinating the efficient distribution of phone messages, mail, faxes and emails
Maintaining the company database by creating and updating files for consistency and accuracy, and provide administrative support to Administration department as requested;
Maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming reception area and office space;
Other duties as assigned.
Our ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in customer service an asset but not a requirement of employment.
