The management wasted my loyalty. They also had no idea how to organise the staff in a productive mannor. The training was exellent and so was the work but the luck of comunication between me and the management left me no choice but to leave.

A typical day at work is busy but on the slow days they transfer you to other areas before they send you home early. This establishment is definitely a good way to learn teamwork depending on the area. They definitely believe in rewarding those that deserve it and are open to suggestion.

As an onsite repair technician it was my responsibility to repair or correct any errors in the production line ink jet printers. resposibilites include, but are not limited to:
 Monitor and repair industrial ink-jet printers
Update and change codes for new products
Troubleshoot printer errors in real time production line

Kelly Service worked out for me because at the time I had just had a baby and my mother was sick with Cancer so working when I was available was something I needed. I didn't want to commit to a permanent job then inconvenience my employer with having to take off to care for my mother.

A typical day (depending on the grade level) can be challenging but I adjust. It's very easy to adjust when I myself am a young adult that can easily engage in various educational activities with the youth. The hardest part of the job is not having a full time schedule as the schools only call when they need assistance.

• Coordinated with other departments including claims, medical review, professional reimbursement, overpayments, MSP, etc. to ensure all claims processed and paid correctly
• Assisted Medicare providers and beneficiaries with general and detailed information to submit and process Medicare claims (beneficiaries MSP information, eligibility, claims status, – more... payment information, coding, etc.)
• Created process improvement spreadsheets and preventive actions to assist fellow co-workers with trouble shooting provider calls
• Completed upper level assignments which include but are not limited to provider callbacks, action request, and correspondence – less

I loved working at this job. I wish it was a permanent position.

Kelly was fine. It was ok place to work. I learned that there are a lot of place that will lose contracts and leave you without a job.

No oppertunity for Full-Time position. I would call and sorry we have noting avalible at this time for you for three years.

It all depended on the assignment I was given. The most recent assignment was a great job the only downfall was they were not going to keep me on permanently.
