turnover at the office is very quick, everytime you go to call someone, they are no longer there.

I liked working thru Kelly services a lot. They were a temp agency and they placed me at Meads to work. At one point I was working in shipping and i was packaging product in to the boxes and sending them down the line. Also down in receiving I was up in another room called the sample room and up there you had to sort throu things to package and send – more... downstairs to be packaged again to be sent out. I also worked in the offices at Meads. I loved working in the office. I was the mail girl. I would print the stamps with the machine on to the envelopes and then go throughout the plant and take all the office people and managers their mail and then when that was done I would do inventory of the office supply room and some Data Entry. – less

Responsibilities included but were not limited to opening and mail distribution twice per day, tracking invoices and payments. Processed and coded invoices for payment. Batched invoices and approved for payment. Researched rejected invoices and payments in a timely manner. Participated in monthly and annual closing. A typical day was very enjoying. The employees had great relationship with the managers. On a daily basis it was like working with family.

The day was typically spent filling open requisitions, interviewing and sourcing candidates, presenting candidates to clients and arranging interviews and orientations. I learned a great deal about the staffing industry in a variety of industries and how to identify candidates for the right positions. In the past, they've always worked hard to find positions that are a good fit. They generally offer nice pay for office positions. They pay on time WEEKLY!

I only worked for Kelly Services for one month. My one month was a pretty good experience.

Everyday mostly the same,fast moving on busy days and fast moving also on slow days. Nothing is hard about this job... Very fun

While the company serviced elementary, jr. high, and high schools in Hancock, Harrison, and Jackson county; most of the assignments I took were closer to home in Jackson county. Jackson county paid less than the other two counties and so my paychecks were lower than if I had traveled farther to the other two counties. As long as the sub works two days – more... a week, the company keeps you on their books. There is a huge amount of competition for the jobs each day so at times it could be hard to find full time work. I was to show up fifteen minutes before class started and after checking in at the office, aquaint myself with the lesson of the day in the teacher instructions. I oversaw small and large class counts in every grade in almost every subject. I also was required to maintain any teacher duties as well as leave a detailed written report on the avtivities of the day and student behavior. – less

Filing medical claims and getting to meet new people. Typical day at work alphabetically file medical claims that had been paid.

Typical day at work was non-stressfull and i learned how to take charge of situations. Management was very helpfull. My co-workers were new just like me at first. The hardest part of the job was training new workers because we would get alot of new workers with not enough people to train them. I enjoyed getting the experience since I was new to the profession and the teacher dept. was fairly new. It worked out well for me since I was also working for the Burbank school district at the same time. Later I only worked in troubled schools, however,and it was not worth the pay.

Working at Forrest General as a Temp Agent through Kelly Services was a great experience. I learned how to scan records that was provieded by the nurses and doctors into the computer, so that the doctors as well as other employees can view them even after the record expired. Management was helpful and friendly, as well as my co-workers. The hardest – more... part about the job was knowing what document suppose to go in the system and knowing which one to throw aways. I like keeping busy at work. I enjoy doing a variety of tasks working with my hands. I am seeking a full-time position.

I enjoyed most is when i see that we have a lot of work.

A typical day would be going to see the principle for information on where to go and what to do. I have learned how to manage a lagre classroom full of children, how to keep records and report them in at the end of the day, among so many others. There are no other co-workers other than the other teachers and staff. The hardest part of the job is when – more... you have an extra unruly class and it proves difficult to get under control. The most enjoyable part is when you can tell you actually taught a student something that they will take with them and remember for the rest of their lives. – less
