Our client, a leader in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, is currently seeking a Financial Clerk for a 2 month contract position. The position is located in Mississauga, Ontario.
The pay rate for this opportunity is $23/hr + 4% vacation pay
Employee would support buyers in contract management, initiating payments, billing, running invoices to shipping department and managing POs
-intitiating payments to suppliers
-overseeing revenue cycle
-3+ Experience with order process (PO, contracts, invoicing and billing)
-3+ Experience in accounts payable/receivable
-Precision with numbers and reporting
-Technical training in accounting/procurment/order processes
-Familiarity with ERP, SAP, Excel and Word
Duration of 8-10 weeks can begin part time for training but will be needed full-time for most of project
