I worked for my mothers boss and was paid under the table for a side job to make exttra money.

it was nice to learn about real estate but it was to hard to get my name and face out there.

My boss was excellent at her job. She gave raises when god performance was done, and had great communication wih me. I like coming in early and leaving at a set time.

This company is no longer in Grass Valley. Upper management was negligent and ruined the culture and dropped almost every agent. In the beginning and up to my end of employment, I loved the people I worked with, I loved helping and watching the successes agents had.

Good core values, training is excellent and available weekly to attend at no charge. Team leaders are always full of energy and overall great positive atmosphere!

The experience and training in this company certainly transformed a shy and intimidated person like me into an extroverted, aggressive, independent and successful one. I made friends for life there. Too bad that the market had turned sour after being with the company for a while. I had to reinvent myself and move on to something else.

I enjoyed going in and learning all about the business and what I could do if I could find some clients that want to sell or buy a home.

Keller Williams is a great place to work, a typical day will be while scrolling through listings or searching for the best deal in the market for my clients I will exchange a family or day event to my co-workers laughing and making jokes, at office meetings I learn about my clients ethical responsibilities, about how to market the properties and deal – more... with the consumer. I love working at Keller Williams cause Management make us feel most like a family, the manager was a family oriented individual, Management was great, Co-workes friendly helpful, the hardest part of the job, was getting the clients to qualify for their loans. There is never a dull moment at the office. New agents are joining and the current agents are in and out of the office.
The agents are the clients and their needs always come first.
I have always been good at managing my time, but this position has strict deadlines that must be met and I have never missed one.

The Keller Williams Philosophy and Culture is great. Management is ok. A lot of interaction with R E agents. Can be very fullfilling.

At 6:30 start reseaching both SABOR & NBCLAR mls for expired listings to generate sellers. Then looking for there phone numbers and if not listing right a letter to them and put a note in the calender to follow up on a certain day. Then after Expireds, review properties or homes through the mls that I had on automatic search to make sure my buyers would – more... be interested in looking at them. In Between I am scheduling consultations or showing properties.

I learned that it takes a lot dedication to run your wn business and to do what you say your going to do.
