Open Houses – minimum of 2 a month
Attend Home Inspections
Must have your Real Estate Licence or in phase 3 of obtaining your licence (with the expectation that your licence will be completed no later than January/February 2013)

After the Lead Buyer Specialist performs a needs analysis the Showing Partner will find homes that meet the criteria and show them to the clients. Throughout the showing process, the Showing Partner will continue to confirm and refine the buyer's criteria. Once the buyers are ready to make an offer, the Lead Buyer Specialist will then step in and negotiate the offer.
Every position on our team is an apprenticeship with the opportunity to grow for the right person if they so desire. This position has potential to turn into a position as the Lead Buyer Specialist if the applicant is interested. This would be a person who is interested in leading, assisting and holding accountable the Showing Partners; converting leads; creating and negotiating offers; getting Buyer Representation Agreements signed; and committing themselves to attending educational courses and passing that information onto other team members, assisting in their growth and knowledge.
