The Showing Partner position has potential to turn into a position as the Lead Buyer Specialist if the applicant is interested (or they can continue on as the Showing Partner). The Lead Buyer Specialist would be a person who is interested in leading, assisting and holding the Showing Partners accountable; converting leads; creating and negotiating offers; getting Buyer Representation Agreements signed; and committing themselves to attending educational courses and passing that information onto other team members, assisting in their growth and knowledge.
