I learned a lot there.They provided a very detailed training program.

My job was project oriented. I worked with a creative team. The management and coworkers were strong collaborators and very supportive. The hardest part of my job was being away from my babies at that time. The most enjoyable was the people, variety and the freedom to be creative.

Top rated IT related company. Excellent in continuos improvement programs.

Was not very supportive of creative business process primarily because of their focus on professional services delivery.

well my co-workers (testing ,development team ) are not interested attending the stand-up meeting in early mornings,they always gets bored i need to maintain the energy and purpose of the meetings.not so easy to handle them.

This was the best company I ever worked for. They have be purchased and renamed.

I worked there for almost 7 years.Best job I ever had. Working with Keane helped me develop my adaptibility skills, Interview skills, and IT skills. Going from one client to the next helped me deal with change and my ability to adapt to different industries and clients. Everyone hates to interview but interviewing with different clients helped me overcome – more... the anxiety associated with the process. Working at different client sites helped me fine tune my ability to adapt, every client was different, different type of business, different culture, different people, and I had to adapt to these sites and become productive quickly. Cosntant interaction with employees at all levels to help ensure they were delivering the best products and services at all times. My technical exposure was definitely enhanced as a result of these interactions, and my understanding of the importance of the client / provider relationship to achieve common goals was huge.

ok place to work. didn't like working in different places.different job assignments so i didn't get to meet many co-workers.

My Managers were easy to work with and the leadership was rel good at the practice level.

They told the employees two months before time that they were being interviewed for the job that they were not qualified to continue, many lost their jobs.

A good place to start your career. learn a lot very quickly and get paid by quick promotions.
