Property Manager required for a Kitchener/Waterloo, portfolio of approximately 4 buildings with 500 units. Solid knowledge of the RTA, building retrofits, supervision of staff, excellent adinistrative skills, rent collections, evictions, hands on experience within a residential rental portfolio.
