Property Administrator/ Leasing Agent required for a Hamilton Based Residential Portfolio of 307 Units.
-Complete and maintain traffic report and submit it to Management on a weekly basis according to established policy and procedure.
-Register all prospective residents using a Guest Registration Card.
-Collect and complete all pertinent information on the Application Form and forward to the Property Manager for approval
-Obtain the completed bank form, employment letters and certified cheques or money orders for first and last month's rent on all suites.
-Complete background checks, order credit checks, complete and execute the signing of all leases, schedules, assignments, and addendum forms.
-Assist with coordination of moving elevator reservations for move-ins and outs with the Resident Manager and residents.
-Assist with completion of incoming and outgoing suite inspections and document as required.
-Carry out other duties and/or procedures related to marketing, rental and administration of suites as may be assigned.
