This is a full time, permanent, entry-level position.

The main responsibility of this candidate will be to operate the switchboard during our office hours (9am to 5pm) and act as the first point of contact to visitors at our office.

Reporting to the Office Manger the candidate will aid with various administrative tasks as required, such as but not limited to, making travel arrangements for staff, supporting sales staff and preparing and completing documentation as needed.

The candidate is required:
To have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Fluency in English - written and spoken (French is an asset)
Responsible, reliable, work well as a team player and is willing to learn
