Kandrea has been in the mechanical insulation trade since 1995; having district offices throughout Western Canada, we specialize in all aspects of mechanical insulation. We work with petrochemical, petroleum and heavy industrial plants as a major supplier of material and insulation services.

Kandrea is expanding rapidly and we are seeking employees who are looking for long term employment and the opportunity to grow with us. Currently we are recruiting for a full time Executive Assistant based out of our Edmonton office;

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides assistance to extremely busy President and CFO
  • Prepares correspondence and various reports in a timely manner
  • Maintains daily and weekly schedules including meetings, conferences and travel arrangements
  • Assists company executives in preparing, gathering and reviewing communications, reports and memos
  • Keeps record of electronic and written information; maintains a proper filing system to ensure its accessibility at all times
  • Ensures optimal utilization of time and resources of company executives
  • Works on various projects and duties as required


  • 2+ years’ experience within a secretarial/assistance role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and find solutions
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team in a fast-paced and professional environment
  • Being able to meet deadlines while paying attention to details
  • Committed to provide positive support and exceptional client service to all team members
  • Post-secondary education in business administration preferred
  • Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle

Remuneration commensurate with experience and education.
