This job is located in Whitecourt Alberta
Receive and file incoming letters, documents.
Supply and manage office equipment.
Manage administrative department, maintain a safe and secure work environment.
Create, control, and monitor all administrative requirements of other departments.
Maintain stationary supplies and coordinating deliveries.
Other related duties.
Agenda management: booking, travels, meeting, arrange hotels.
Accounting experience with Microsoft GP would be an asset.
Full time Monday - Friday
