it starts off early in the morning with the shop meeting so everybody is on the same page. then we are all assigned with tasks to complete and we go from there. I learned the importane of punctuality and being ready to work at the time your supposed to start your shift. management is fair and just and pretty friendly.
the workplace is mixed with personalitys coming from various cultures and backgrounds but overall makes for a solid team.
the hardest part of the job would have to be in the winter when its freezing cold out and we need to brush snow off and bring vehicles in and also filling up air in tires and torqueing the wheels in temperatures below zero without proper clothing.
the best part of the job is being able to drive different cars everyday, cars you would never be able to drive sometimes.
