You’ll have a key role in our office as you take on payroll, and accounts payable duties, in addition to providing general administrative support to our team. In particular, you’ll take responsibility for processing bi-weekly payroll, execution of applicable benefit and government remittances and the processing of accounts payable. Your attention to detail and numeracy will be important along with a minimum of 3 years payroll/accounts payable experience and a general knowledge of accounting and office procedures. You have a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics GP and/or are proficient in relevant accounting & Microsoft Office software. You role model the highest standards of ethical behaviour and possess an impeccable sense of confidentiality.
