Salary Range: $39,000-$65,000

  • Establish and implement efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's vision and strategy;
  • Develop long range HR plans and strategies that support company's business objectives;
  • Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plan for the human capital needs of company;
  • Maintain and update salary schedules;
  • Develop and implement new employee orientation programs;
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the Executive / Senior Management team, reporting on trends and metrics as they relate to areas involving employees;
  • Distribute and co-ordinate all documentation pertaining to employee evaluations;
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefit plan;
  • Identify and incorporate best practices and continual improvement initiatives into applicable company programs;
  • Oversee the general administration functions for the company

Qualifications

  • University Degree in a Human Resources program or related field;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (Mandarin & English) and computer skills along with the ability to present clear and concise data;
  • Between 5 to 10-year Human Resources generalist experience;
  • In-depth knowledge of, and experience in, Human Resources management principles, including labor legislation, employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment and retention, performance management, and talent development;
  • Strong interviewing and candidate screening skills;
  • Able to deal with confidential issues in a sensitive, efficient and professional manner;
  • Excellent time management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize diverse tasks within the overall context of a fast-moving project;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Financial management skills, familiarity with workload statistics.
