Sales Account Executive
KMI Publishing & Events Ltd is a leading international publishing/media and Events company that specializes in both consumer and business-to-business magazines and the organization of conferences, galas, award ceremonies and events catered to the needs of professionals, senior executives and business leaders.

The Opportunity:
This is a chance for a highly motivated candidate, ideally with a minimum of one year's sales experience, to join a dynamic sales team. The position is suited to someone who has had a previous sales job, who is willing to work the phones, chase leads, think creatively, and who is willing to learn the ropes under the leadership of our national sales manager. Reliability, honesty, tenacity and initiative are traits we regard highly.

With uncapped commissions and a competitive base salary, top-notch performance will also make you eligible for bonuses.

Job Description:
Working closely with a driven team of publishing sales, editorial and events personnel, this role will be primarily responsible for selling a large assortment of print advertisements and sponsorships to both new and existing clients.

You will be required to:
Develop customer contacts - forging relationships with both existing and new clients
Effectively create and present proposals to clients
Work individually and with sales, editorial and/or events teams to meet and exceed all assigned magazine and/or event sales targets
Prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Create new market development initiatives

Job Requirements:
The ideal incumbent will possess account management &/or sales experience, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to project a professional image to our clientele. They're honest, reliable, tenacious, and don't mind hard work. Experience in the property development, real estate and/or financial services industries would be highly regarded.
