This position is located at Custom Division's Toronto HQ's in Concord.

General Summary:

The Accounts Receivable & Billing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing of Custom Division's daily sales transactions.

*Billing for KIK Custom Division
*Reconciliation of short payments and/or AR discrepancies via deduction management system. *Submission of the deductions to management for approval.
*Distributing invoices to customers
*Validating completeness of sales by ensuring all bills of lading are received from manufacturing sites
*Daily distribution of sales journal reports
*These duties may be change due to evolving needs of the business

Qualifications:
*Minimum of University Degree in Accounting with cumulative GPA of B or Better (3.0), transcripts will be required
*0 - 1 year working experience in a similar position
*Understands the general principles of accounting through previous experience in an accounting function.
*Problem Solving and Analytical thinking
*Must be a good time manager and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
*Excellent communication skills - will have regular communication with plant finance, sales, and warehousing personnel.
*The position requires computer skills using programs such as ERP systems, Excel, and Word. Experience with JDE is an asset.
*Strong work ethic and attention to detail is necessary
