Markets business by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and tradeshows. Ensures brand message is consistent, timely, and relevant.

  • Support the team in gathering data to help promote our company
  • Assistance in developing proposals and presentations
  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations
  • Edit and revise content as necessary
  • Plan meetings and events by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision
  • Implement social media strategies
  • Perform social media community management duties
  • Refine core messaging to for organizational consistency in all aspects of communication including development, organizing and education
  • Publish videos and photography on company website and blogs
  • Work collaboratively with executives to develop and implement communication strategies to broaden the impact of the company and oversee organization messaging and essential services
  • Serve as executive editor for the organization’s website
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate the annual communication plan across the network’s audiences
  • Manage the development, distribution, and maintenance of all print and electronic collateral including, but not limited to, newsletters, brochures, and website

Qualifications:

  • Has a diploma or degree in marketing or communications
  • Highly collaborative style; experience developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies
  • Excellent writing/editing and verbal communications skills
  • Has a sound understanding of social media / web
  • Strong implementer who thrives on managing a variety of key initiatives concurrently
  • High energy, maturity, and leadership with the ability to serve as a unifying force and to position communications discussions at both the strategic and tactical levels
  • Self-starter, able to work independently, and entrepreneurial; enjoys creating a implementing new initiatives
